Activating Your Intuitive Superpowers
with Sandra Bershad
What does it mean to be intuitive and how do we begin to access this incredible ability? For thousands of years, we have been mystified by people throughout history who demonstrated extraordinary capacities that couldn’t be explained by science. We have all heard of people who have professed to have intuitive abilities like “speaking to the other side,” seeing colors and energies, and accurately reading someone’s emotions and thoughts.
We all have the ability to be intuitive and are often utilizing this incredible ability every day. It’s that tightness in your belly when you get the sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. It’s the warning bell or “spidey-sense” that tells you not to walk down that particular alley. It’s the part of you that knows who is calling when the phone rings or takes a leap of faith to book that trip or reach out to that person even if it doesn’t make “sense.”
In this experiential workshop, we will explore what often holds us back from connecting to our intuition and easy and fun practices that will support us in learning how to listen to our “gut” instinct and more deeply trust ourselves.
