He is the author of four books, including BILLION-DOLLAR-BALL: A Journey Through the Big-Money Culture of College Football, which was selected as one of the top sports books of 2015, and upcoming The Geography of Risk: Epic Storms, Rising Seas and the Cost of America’s Coasts, to be published Sept 3rd, 2019 by Farrar, Straus and Giroux.
