This workshop is designed to serve as a practical merging of current art education practices and innovative approaches with implementation of forward-thinking ideas and use of various art materials. The art educators will have an opportunity to create sensory based artwork rooted in the Elements and Principles of Art and Design, explore nontraditional, recycled materials, for various possibilities of assembling them to evoke self-expression. The creative process that underlines the workshop is rooted in creative and critical thinking that helps educators establish the importance of shaping a Global Child, forward thinking, and ready to contribute to the 21st century society.
