SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1, 2022!

At LBIF Summer Camp, we take pride in the quality experience we provide for our campers every day of the summer. We are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our campers and their families. Our staff embraces and embodies a unique culture and vision that allows them to find the greatness in each of our campers. Each member of the LBIF camp staff team understands the importance of his/her role to inspire, teach and practice meaningful life skills and values with our campers that they will carry with them beyond this incredible summer experience.

Meet new friends and create relationships with other LBI kids! Choose either arts or sciences in the morning and sign up by week; select afternoon programs to complete the day here at LBIF! 2022 Morning & Afternoon Summer Camp starts June 27th and runs through August 26th. Campers must be the minimum age to attend by May 1, 2022 and are required to submit an Emergency Contact form along with Immunization Records. Member discounts apply and camp fills up quickly, so register online in advance (and save money!). Not only will kids get to engage in making projects all week, but they’ll also experience set up for a weekly art show. Don’t miss out on this summer’s chance to experience LBIF Summer Camp!

EMERGENCY FORMS

PLEASE NOTE: Every child attending LBIF programs is required to submit an Emergency Contact Form as well as latest Immunization Records to the main office. Students are encouraged to inform the  main office if they have a medical condition that the staff or faculty should be aware of in case of an emergency. Forms are kept on file for one year only. All Emergency Information is captured during online registration. EVERYONE is required to send Immunization Records. HIPAA Privacy Authorization forms for doctors to release Immunization Records can be found below.

Lunch Bunch (Supervised lunch time for afternoon campers)

Campers are welcome to stay after morning camp, have supervised lunch, and then go on to their afternoon camp! Campers must bring their own bagged lunch. Lunch Bunch is cash only, payable by a weekly fee on the first day of camp.

How Do I Sign Up? – COMING SOON

      • Click “register” which will bring you to our Amilia summer camp registration page (note: registration is easier done on a computer as opposed to mobile).
      • Click on the week you would like to register for and select “create an account” when prompted- you can create an account by entering your email address, or log-in with your Facebook account and create a password. From there you can add participants to your account and continue with your purchases.

If you are interested in volunteering at one of our camps and becoming part of our Counselor in Training (CIT) program, click on the link below for more details. Please Note: you must be at least 16 years of age to volunteer in camp!


POLICIES

Registration and Payment Options

The LBIF accepts cash, check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, and debit through Amilia, our online registration portal. Full tuition is due at the time of registration. The LBIF may decline an individual’s enrollment or participation at its discretion.

Class Cancellations

The LBIF reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or in the case of an emergency. In the event the LBIF cancels a class, students will be notified and full tuition and fee will be credited or refunded.

Withdrawals

Every scenario will be considered in case of illness or emergency. Requests for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis by LBIF. Refunds, changes, or substitutions will NOT be given for individual days of absence. Please contact the Camp Coordinator via email M-F in order for your request to be considered. Messages left with staff or on voicemail will not be honored for cancellation or refund requests. No refunds will be offered if the date of the camp week that is registered for has passed.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your camp week more than 30 days out, a full refund can be provided only if there is a waitlist for your camp week.

Between 2 and 4 weeks out, you will receive a 75% refund.

Less than 2 weeks out, you will receive a 50% refund.

Less than 1 week out, you will receive a 25% refund.

Less than 48 hours before your first day of camp, no refunds will be provided.

If there is no waitlist, we cannot provide a refund.

Changes

If you need to switch your week(s) of camp, this can only be done provided there is space in the week you prefer and provided there is a waitlist for the camp you are switching out of. Purchasing one camp is not a guarantee of a spot in another camp. Please contact the Camp Coordinator via email M-F in order for your request to be considered.

Waitlists

If a camp is at full capacity, you will be given the option to join the waitlist. There is no cost to be put on the waitlist. The waitlist is first come, first serve. If a spot is made available to you, an automatically generated email will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours from the time the email has been sent to register for the spot. Receiving a spot from the waitlist is NOT guaranteed and should not be treated as such.

Publicity

The LBIF reserves the right to use photos taken during camp for publicity purposes on the internet or mailings. Unless otherwise requested at the time of registration, photos of campers taken during camp may be used by LBIF for publicity purposes via internet or mailings.

Student Property

The LBIF is not responsible for artwork and other property left on the premises and has no liability if such property is lost, stolen, or damaged. Artwork or property left two weeks after the conclusion of camp will be discarded.
