DESCRIPTION:TAKE A MASTER CLASS\nCapturing Light and Atmosphere: A 3-Day
  Plein Air Workshop with Joe Gyurcsak AISM\nDATE: July 8\, 9\, 10\; 8:30
 am - 1:30pm each day\nFEE: $500 for three day workshop\n\nIn this 3-day 
 Plein Air workshop\, paint alongside nationally recognized artist\, Joe 
 Gyurcsak\, whose main objective is to teach artists how to see and paint
  with more confidence while learning how to create wonderfully energized
  plein air paintings. Studies will focus on capturing the unique light a
 nd atmosphere the artist envisioned from the moment of their inspiration
 . Each day will include a demo\, short lecture\, and solid individual gu
 idance and valuable critiques. Day One: Registrants will meet at Viking 
 Village. Day Two: Registrants will meet at Barnegat Lighthouse. Day Thre
 e: Registrants will meet at the LBIF to continue and discuss their work 
 and participate in optional group critique. Drawing\, Composition\, Valu
 e\, Color\, Edges and Paint and Surface Manipulation will be covered. Pr

 erials list.\n\nBIO:\nJoe Gyurcsak paints a broad range of subject matte
 r including interiors\, still life\, figurative and landscape painting. 
 He has a keen sense for capturing the essence of his subject matter with
  a bold and candid approach. Joe studied at Parsons School of Design and
  The School of Visual Arts in New York and had a successful illustration
  career early on. Later went on to study with many leading representatio
 nal painters of our time in pursuit of a fine art career. He exhibits\, 
 lectures\, judges\, and demonstrates across the country. In 2025\, he wa
 s inducted into the American Impressionist Society as Master Artist. Joe
  is a sought-after instructor because of his ability to convey complex c
 oncepts and techniques to students in simple terms. He has taught worksh
 ops and privately for more than 30 years. Joe has won numerous awards fo
 r his studio and plein air works\, and is in collections worldwide.
