RBT- Tuesdays

Workouts designed by using resistance band training to challenge full body functional movements as well as isolate specific muscles that will sculpt your body and train it to feel and move better and of course to look better. Benefits of bands include: flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, cardio, muscle strength, and power.

What you will need to bring: sneakers, water, towel

Classes are drop-in, no advance registration.
*CLASS WILL BE CANCELED IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER- class will be held if it is raining but will be canceled if there is lightning or if it is down pouring. Contact LBIF with any questions 609.494.1241.

Their passion and motivation is inspiring and makes you want to get moving! Their classes are challenging but always fun! Combined, Wendy with her five+ years of teaching and Devon’s 15 years of dancing experience, they bring you workouts you won’t forget (overlooking LBIF’s Marsh)!

Monday: 8-9 Mat Pilates
Tuesday: 8-9 HIIT & Core / 9:15-10:15 Cardio Weights
Wednesday: 8-9 Barre
Thursday: 8-9 Boot Camp / 9:15-10:15 Boot Camp
Friday: 8-9 Barre
