Restore and renew with a wide variety of yoga styles offered seven days a week outside on the LBIF deck overlooking Barnegat Bay. Begin with a relaxing warm up followed by breathing exercises and challenging, satisfying asanas. Mats are available, but it is recommended that you bring your own. All skill levels are welcome.

Medical Qigong & Restorative Yoga with Crystal Bowls with Dr. Darren Orr and Kirsten Askins
In this three hour workshop, you will learn and practice how to feel your Qi, Prana, Life force and use it to know your complete self via the movement art of Medical Qigong. Next you will utilize Yoga postures and breath to rest and rejuvenate the system while absorbing the vibrations of Crystal Bowls.
Weather permitting, we will be outside. Dress in layers, bring a mat and blanket(s), yoga props will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Full Moon Yoga Workshop with Arielle Ford
Join Arielle for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening under the rising Full Moon. While looking over the beautiful marsh landscape this Yin-storative class will take you on a journey through breath, gentle movement and some stagnant poses. Holding poses for longer periods of time helps reduce stress and release tension throughout the body. This solemn workshop will promote a deep sense of peace, wellness and relaxation. The final relaxation will include an optional application of essential oils. All levels are welcome. Feel free to bring any additional props such as blankets, pillows, and blocks.

Hanu Yoga Workshop with Qigong + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing with Dr. Darren Orr
Learn to bring in specific movements for the health of the organ systems, mind and soul. The 1st hour will be the active or Yang part of class consisting of various meditative techniques such as Medical QiGong, deep breathing, acupressure, self-massage, chanting/toning and visualization. This is done to link and sync us together for the 2nd hour of class so we can receive (Yin) the deep healing vibrations from the Crystal singing bowls. The bowls will harmonize and tune your cells and brighten and expand your auric field.
Darren Orr is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and practices and teaches Tibetan QiGong in the lineage of Milarepa.

Join Sarah Bond for a one hour strength & stretch class to help with balance and flexibility to reduce injury. Emphasis will be on the feet, shins, calves, achilles (lower body) and the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms, (upper body) and everything in between - (core throughout).
Although geared towards a tennis players movements, all yogis are welcome to attend!

Happy Hips Yoga
In this workshop, we will use common yoga poses to explore how the psoas, a core muscle that surrounds and moves the hips, relates to stress, digestion, breathing, posture, and a sense of safety and relaxation. When our whole bodies are free of tension and congestion, we feel more at ease, fluid, and happy.
