Restore and renew with a wide variety of yoga styles offered outside on the LBIF deck overlooking Barnegat Bay. Begin with a relaxing warm up, followed by breathing exercises and challenging, satisfying asanas. Located outside on one of our decks overlooking Barnegat Bay, this class will restore and renew you.
***Masks are required to enter the LBIF. Due to current health and safety precautions – PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATS. First come, first serve. Class capacities will be limited to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Black Sheep Studios delivers a creative, no judgment, no ego workout and this summer they return to LBIF with their exciting and unique class offerings. Experience an inspired passion for fitness with each instructor’s infectious energy to get you moving each morning. Enjoy fun, challenging workouts overlooking LBIF’s beautiful marsh. 

DESCRIPTIONS OF FITNESS CLASSES

Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted lean muscles using small range movements. Channel your inner dancer, although no experience is required!

What you will need to bring: sneakers, water, towel

Mat Pilates involves exercises designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. This series helps clients develop true core strength and stability.

Resistance Band Training is designed to challenge full body functional movements as well as isolate specific muscles. RBT will sculpt your body and train it to move and feel better! This program will benefit one’s flexibility, mobility, coordination and much more!

CardioWeights is the ultimate outdoor workout using the best machine of all – our bodies! Use the sun and the wind to take your morning workout to the next level! This class combines endurance exercises with weighted movements to target specific muscle groups

Strength/Core is a part of our Full Body workouts accomplished with compound and isolation movements, utilizing, body weight, light and/or moderate weight designed to challenge you through strength and stability.
