In this three hour workshop, you will learn and practice how to feel your Qi, Prana, Life force and use it to know your complete self via the movement art of Medical Qigong. Next you will utilize Yoga postures and breath to rest and rejuvenate the system while absorbing the vibrations of Crystal Bowls.
Weather permitting, we will be outside. Dress in layers, bring a mat and blanket(s), yoga props will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
