Yoga for Tennis with Sarah Bond

Join Sarah Bond for a one hour strength & stretch class to help with balance and flexibility to reduce injury. Emphasis  will be on the feet, shins, calves, achilles (lower body) and the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms, (upper body) and everything in between - (core throughout). 

Although geared towards a tennis players movements, all yogis are welcome to attend!
