QUALIFICATIONS

Member eligibility: members with good standing in 2024.

Student eligibility: students who participated in an art class or workshop between June 1, 2023 and August 12, 2024.

Faculty eligibility: Teachers who taught an art class or workshop between June 1, 2023 and August 12, 2024.

Drop off Deadline: August 18, 2024
Entry Fee: $10 per artwork. Please pay at front desk when you drop off your work.

Submit up to two works of art. Media can include painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, printmaking, ceramics, fine craft, jewelry, glass, fiber, sculpture and others. The LBIF has pedestals to display works that do not hang on a wall.

All work must be wired and ready to hang. No saw tooth hangers. Frames are required where appropriate.
NO WET PAINT. Acrylic or plexiglass in frames- no glass please. Wrapping materials can not be stored at the LBIF.

Unsold works should be collected no later than Monday, September 2 between 11:00am and 12:00pm or Tuesday, September 3 between 9:30 and 3:30pm.

Work that has not been picked up will be shipped at the artist's expense ten days after the close of the exhibition unless other arrangements have been made. Artwork becomes the property of LBIF if there is no response from the artist.

The LBIF will retain a commission of 40% of the retail sale price for works sold. The retail price can not be changed once the work is submitted.
