Innovations to Address Flooding and Climate Change - Resilient LBI by Julie Conroy
This session offers a brief overview of the Resilient LBI project, resilience scenario planning that is currently underway, and the type of natural and natural-based solutions the team will recommend for inclusion in the Regional Resilience Plan resulting from the project. Since the start of the project, the team has brought together LBI communities, stakeholders, and elected officials to advance previous flooding assessments and planning efforts. The Resilient LBI project is one of four pilots through the Resilient NJ program, using grant funding from US Housing and Urban Development and NJ Department of Environmental Protection. This presentation will be live, on Zoom. Register below to receive the Zoom link.
