Happy Hips Yoga

In this workshop, we will use common yoga poses to explore how the psoas, a core muscle that surrounds and moves the hips, relates to stress, digestion, breathing, posture, and a sense of safety and relaxation. When our whole bodies are free of tension and congestion, we feel more at ease, fluid, and happy.
