Restore and renew with a wide variety of yoga styles offered seven days a week outside on the LBIF deck overlooking Barnegat Bay. Begin with a relaxing warm up followed by breathing exercises and challenging, satisfying asanas. Mats are available, but it is recommended that you bring your own. All skill levels are welcome.

Fall Equinox Meditation
As we shift into a new season, it is important to honor one of the four corners of the year. As the seasons change, so should your lifestyle and movement practices. You will learn specific ways to balance the internal organs to boost immunity, health and healing. The 1st hour will be the active or Yang part of class consisting of various meditative techniques such as Medical QiGong, Dao Yin, Yin Yoga, deep breathing, acupressure, self-massage, chanting/toning and visualization. This is done to link and sync us together for the 2nd hour of class so we can receive (Yin) the deep healing vibrations from the Crystal singing bowls. The bowls will harmonize and tune your cells and brighten and expand your auric field.
Full Moon Yoga with Arielle Schaffer
Join Arielle for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening under the rising Full Moon.
While looking over the beautiful marsh landscape this Gentle/Yin class will take you on a journey through breath, slow movement and some stagnant poses. Holding poses for longer periods of time helps reduce stress and release tension throughout the body. This solemn workshop will promote a deep sense of peace, wellness and relaxation. The final relaxation will include hands on adjustments and an optional application of essential oils. All levels are welcome. Feel free to bring any additional props such as blankets, pillows, and blocks.
Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Astrology with Kirsten Askins
We will look at each participant’s natal chart to interpret the activation of the Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. All levels of astrological knowledge welcome! Kirsten will provide a deeper understanding and interpretation of your own chart and others. Please provide your birth time, day, and location prior to the workshop so that your chart can be prepared for class.

Tune in to Sound for Self Care
This is an interactive session where you will learn and practice the art of sound for self-care. You will learn specific vocalizations and Mantras from Tibetan and Yogic Science to affect internal organs and to release your personal sound. After that we will focus on the art of playing quartz crystal bowls and how you can use them to harmonize and tune your cells to brighten and expand your auric field for yourself or for your loved ones or pets. We will finish with a Reiki Crystal Bowl Meditation under the stars to clear, purify and re-tune yourself so you can "play" well with others. If you desire to receive Reiki during the singing bowls, Kirsten will share Reiki energy to all you would like to participate.

Self Massage, Yin Yoga + Crystal Bowl Meditation with Reiki
Darren and Kirsten will guide you to therapeutically massage your body and create a routine that can be done at home. You will learn where you hold your stress and receive simple, easy and effective hands-on techniques to release pain, stress, tension, tightness, soreness, restricted range of motion, negative emotions and trauma. You will practice techniques to love your body by using your hands to accept, embrace, support and heal yourself.
Darren will incorporate The Original Yin Yoga, movements and meditations based on the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine. Each element has a unique state of energy or Qi used in the postures to help cultivate and feel. Our intention in this class is to relax the muscles and myofascial of the body and mind as we hold poses and freely feel the flow of life energy for our peace and awakening. Once relaxed and opened you will sit or lay down for a Crystal Bowl Meditation under the stars to clear, purify and re-tune yourself.. The Energy of Numbers and What They Reveal About You! with Krista Lynn Eggering
In this illuminating workshop led by Krista Lynn, you will learn how to unlock the numerical power of your birthdate. The ancient science of Numerology is the study of how the numerical vibrations affect us on a universal and personal level. Through the birthdate, we will explore how these numerical vibrations can reveal one’s life path, personal year, inner strengths, and future tendencies. We will also work with your name and fone the Soul Urge, The Secret Self, and the Expression. Sound is the result of vibration - which is only another way of saying that every sound has a number behind it.
This workshop is designed as an entry-level opportunity, perfect for those new to the subject, however all levels welcome! Please bring a notebook and pen/pencil.
