EXHIBITION DATES: July 15 - August 13, 2023
JUROR: Dr. Tricia Bloom, Senior Curator of American Art, the Newark Museum of Art, New Jersey.

Through the lens of artists living and working in the state of New Jersey, Water Stories will showcase compelling work thematically derived from water, a very important topic for this century, for New Jersey, and for inhabitants living on the coast and near bodies of water.

Submissions can include 2D work that can be wall hung in LBIF’s gallery and/or 3D work to be displayed outdoors on the Foundation’s grounds. Mediums can include drawing painting, hand-pulled prints, photography, mixed media, wall hung materials in the crafts, digitally created work, and video.

Three-dimensional work can be submitted for consideration to be shown outdoors on our nature trail (subject to the elements) for the duration of the exhibition. Unconventional mediums are welcome, as long as they contain no hazardous flammable or toxic materials. The outdoor space is unsecured. Artwork installed outdoors will not be insured by the LBIF.
