LBIF is hosting The Art of Lifeguarding on July 11, 2026, a one-night photography exhibition and fundraiser celebrating the culture and community spirit of LBI’s lifeguards. Presented right before the Coast Exhibition, both shows will be featured in a combined publication highlighting LBI’s shoreline through art, history, and storytelling. Proceeds will support LBIF’s year-round arts and science programming and the six beach patrols of Long Beach Island.

Your sponsorship helps bring both our Coast Exhibition and The Art of Lifeguarding to life, celebrating LBI’s creative landscape, honoring its lifeguard tradition, and strengthening LBIF’s mission to connect art, community, and coastal culture. Sponsorship support helps fund entertainment, refreshments, the combined exhibition program, facility operations, staffing, exhibition curation, and marketing for these community-centered events.
