ANNUAL SEASHORE HOUSE TOUR
One of LBIF’s most anticipated annual events is the Annual Seashore House Tour, celebrating its 60th year in 2026. This cherished tradition showcases some of the island’s most stunning coastal homes while promoting tourism and supporting local businesses in the home-building community. As a nonprofit organization, LBIF relies on proceeds from this event to sustain its mission and programs.
