COAST: A New Jersey Artist Exhibition

Juror: Michelle Donnolly; Evelyn and Will Kaplan Curator of Twentieth Century Art and the John Rhoden Collection at Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA), PA.
This latest open call for New Jersey artists invited artwork that celebrates and examines the state’s coastline, a defining geographic feature that shapes tourism, the fishing industry, waterways and navigation, politics and defense, natural beauty, and overall quality of life. The selected works either directly depict coastal imagery or are inspired by coastal themes, thereby capturing the spirit, environment, and culture associated with life along the shore.
